Polka dots = Love

..who loves polka dots? i do!
...you can put your tissue paper, hand phone, wallet etc in it when you head out for lunch, or use it as a mini cosmetic pouch? anyway, its all up to you to how you wanna use it...

..i love my new polka dot pouch! ..just had this from a friend and its imported from SG!:)) sooo love it!
just put my stuffs in it! my phone, coinpurse and hanky!<3

..Budgeting is one of the hardest part in preparation of every wedding... From the prize of wedding rings the couple will wear (of course you don' want to wear some cheap rings forever!) to the wedding gown and Tux for the groom.  Also if you have more money, you need to shoulder the entourage's couture expenses, invitations, reception venues,caterer,florists and many,many more!! --all to have a great wedding!

the Wedding Planner



…the month of June is here! And aside from back-to-school parties, June is also known to be the wedding month! (...remember the term “June Bride”?)… My parent also contributed with this trending legend… their wedding anniversary is in fact on June 15!

…sooo…I want to be a part of this… and for contribution, I want to share this “Wedding Checklist” that I’ve found in a wedding magazine that I’m reading just now. Hoping it will help everyone to PLAN AHEAD as their big day draws near! <3

~THE WEDDING~CHECKLIST!  

~ SIX to NINE months before…
c    select the time, date and venue for your wedding.
c    decide on the general theme & motif. Set your budget and establish your priorities,
c    reserve the church/venue of ceremony. Find out about the church requirements and restrictions.
c    compile your guest list from the list from the lists you and your fiancé will make. Notify out-of-town guests so they can make early confirmation of attendance.
c    inform entourage, principal sponsors, and mass participants
c    choose a caterer/ reception venue.
c    brides: select a designer and discuss style of bridal and entourage gowns.
c    grooms: start looking for barong/suit or other formal attire.
c    hire a wedding coordinator. Choose one you are most at ease with, who will relate to your taste and style.
c    … get into a fitness program. It will help you cope better with the inevitable stress, and look your best on the big day!
c    …source wedding service-providers—florist, photographer, videographer, cake-maker, calligrapher or stationer for invitations and other print materials, musicians.

~FOUR to FIVE months before…
c    …draft your missalettes and pick the kind of paper and font that you want that will match your chosen theme. Make sure to proofread before the final printing.
c    …select flowers and arrangements for the bridal bouquet, the entourage, church and reception to suit your theme.
c    …order your wedding cake. You may also ask for a taste test.
c    …prepare to make the necessary deposits and make sure all contracts state previously-agreed-upon details.
c    …start planning your honeymoon.
c    …prepare all necessary document: birth certificates, annotated baptismal certificate, and residence certificate

~THREE months before…
c    …submit documents needed for securing a marriage license.
c    …tackle name-changing on vital documents such as sss, driver’s license, and bank account.
c    …Order your wedding rings and have them engraved.
c    …Arrange for the canonical interview/counseling.
c    …Choose your gifts for your attendants and sponsors.
c    …Book a bridal car and transportation for bridal party and gifts.
c    …Confirm honeymoon arrangements.
c    …Choose a makeup artist and schedule a trial.

~TWO MONTHS BEFORE …
c    …Schedule fitting of gowns and suits/barongs.
c    …Address invitation envelopes (handwritten, please.).
c    …Send out invitation designate at least two people to handle RSVP.
c    …Have the missalettes printed so you have ample time for corrections.
c    …Fulfill all church requirements, especially the canonical interview and announcement of wedding banns.
c    …Complete all bridal accessories and paraphernalia: arrhae, cord, garter, pillows, cake-cutter, goblets, & guest book.
c    …Order wedding favors and ensure timely delivery.
c    …Inform musicians of your desired repertoire for the wedding.
c    …Schedule portrait-taking with your photographer.

~ONE MONTH BEFORE …
c    …Call guest who haven’t RSVP’d to determine final head count.
c    …Have final dress fitting and confirm delivery date. Make sure attendant’s shoes and accessories are dealt with.
c    …Sign up for bridal registry.
c    …Arrange a final meeting with wedding service-providers to discuss all relevant details, especially delivery / set-up time.
c    …Discuss reception program with coordinator and emcee.
c    …Start working on your vows if you are saying your own.
c    …Attend shower and bachelor parties and get some fun!
c    …Plan rehearsal dinner/despedida de soltera.
c    …Do hair and makeup trial with makeup artist.
c    …Pick up wedding rings.

~TWO WEEKS BEFORE …
c    …Finalize lay-out of reception venue and seating arrangement.
c    …Confirm final head count with caterer/banquet manager.
c    …Double check favor, accessories and paraphernalia.
c    …Finalize program details with coordinator and emcee.
c    …Bride: practice walking in your shoes.
c    …Grooms: try on your tuxes if you are wearing them.
c    …Confirm final payments to your wedding vendors.
c    …Pack of your honeymoon.
c    …Have your portrait taken. This should be the time when you are not so stressed anymore.

~ONE WEEK BEFORE…
c    …Head to the spa for a facial, manicure, pedicure, a relaxing massage, the works!
c    …Have the rehearsal and the dinner afterwards.
c    …Make final payments to your wedding vendors.
c    …Rehearse your speeches.

~THE DAY BEFORE …
c    …Pack all the things you need to bring to the hotel the next day.
c    …Put in your pouch breath mint, oil-blotting paper and a small bottle of perfume.
c    …Prepare pins, mini-sewing kits and other first-aid/emergency stuff for the little “accident.”
c    …Take a break! You need to pull yourself together for the big day.

~ON THE DAY ITSELF…
c    …Enjoy the whole thing. You work so hard for it, so just relish the time you have with so many people you love and who love you back.
